Set expectations for pick-up policy. Orders can be placed in our online shop and picked up in-store. There is no fee to pick up your order. Orders must be picked up during our open hours. Found here. We encourage orders to be tried on for proper sizing when picking up. This is the only exception where J. Casimir will honour a exchange or refund.

All orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Domestic shipping within Canada is completed within 7 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for domestic orders calculated at check-out.
We currently do not offer international shipping services for orders outside of Canada and the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
